1.        Tell us about yourself?

Hello, my name is Alifah Faradilla / Stephanie Lauwrentina. I’m 22 years old right now. I had graduated from Gunadarma University in 2018 and majored in accounting. During the lecture, I joined in Labamen/Lab Madas as a assistant for 2 years. I ever spent my free time for reading business articles just to keep me updated. I’m hoping to be given a chance to experience the real world of business in your company.

2.        Why should we hire you?

Because I’m a good fit for the position that you offered and I can fulfill the needs of your company with my abilities to solve the problem and do the job.

3.        Why is the reason behind leaving your last job?

I don’t have any job before I apply your company job vacancy. So, i’m a fresh graduated.

4.        Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?

I haven’t find a jod that suit my skills.

5.        Tell me your ability to work under pressure?

I keep my cool while working under pressure. Multi tasking and patience usually helps in this kind of situation.

I don’t have any job experiences.

Professional advancement and good future.

Explicit, professional, and discipline.

Yes, of course. The team which I was a part of, always success to complete the job or project before the deadline.

10.    What irritates you about co-workers?

The thing that irritates me about co-workers is if they don’t do their job or just relaxing before the deadline. And I’ll try to tell them about their job and try to get away from conflict.

11.    How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

As long as I can. I’ll do my best for the company and get my career rise.

I found myself geeting married, have a child, become a successful person, and a better person.

Yes, of course. If I try my best in everything, do the job properly, then I found myself become a successful person.

I concentrate on one thing at a time.

I’m a quick learner and a good team-player.

A leader. Because I can lead my team to achieve the goals.
